To pick up an order, the recipient must present the order number and a valid ID that matches the name on the order. For changes, please contact us during our working hours (8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday). We cannot make changes after hours, and our office is not open 24/7

Orders placed between 8 am and 4 pm are eligible for same-day redemption. Orders placed outside these hours will only be redeemable the following day. Unless the next day falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday

Orders cannot be transferred to another store if there’s a mistake or if products are unavailable at the selected store. In such cases, the order must be canceled and placed again. A cancellation fee will apply

Our website operates in NZD. Payments in other currencies will be converted to NZD, and conversion fees may apply. Exchange rates are updated frequently to ensure accuracy. We charge a flat fee of $10 NZD per order, allowing you to purchase as many gift cards as you like. Gift cards must be used within 7 days—contact us for extensions if needed
